Healthy Basics Programs: 

 

Healthy Basics - One month of coaching which includes 2 one hour private sessions

Healthy Basics Plus - Three months of coaching which includes 6 one hour private sessions

Healthy Basics for Life - Six months of coaching which includes 12 one hour private sessions

Basic Kids Programs:

Children and Teen Programs: Ages 7-17 and must be accompanied by an adult

Ready - One month of coaching which includes 2 one hour private sessions

Set - Three months of coaching which includes 6 one hour private sessions

Go - Six months of coaching which includes 12 one hour private sessions

All programs include:

  • Two, one hour private sessions per month (virtual, phone, Skype)
  • Free admission to webinar workshops and cooking demos covering a variety of health related topics
  • Weekly e-mail check-ins for support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials (recipes, CDs, books, ref. material, etc) as needed
  • Monthly newsletter (Life Balance Essentials)

1 full year of coaching

Healthy Maintenance - Six months of maintenance coaching which includes 6 private sessions and 2 e-mail check-ins for additional support each month

Healthy Maintenance Plus - 12 months of maintenance coaching which includes 12 private sessions and 2 e-mail check-ins for additional support each month

  • Workshop packages based on size of group and number of workshops or incentive programs
  • Announce program via company newsletter, social media, HR, flyers, ect.
  • Present health and wellness program(s)
  • Provide monthly consultations by appointment
